Description

A tropical architecture design. The 5,012 square foot Guacalito de la Isla private project, was entirely designed and built by Simplemente Madera. The main pavilion was inspired by plantation farms. The villas are designed with soft curves and free-flowing shapes, inspired traditional Fijian dwellings. Using mostly natural materials in the construction: thatch roofs made from traditional palm leaves, local timber, tile and custom designed lamps. The Villas are Impeccably furnished with bespoke designs from Simplemente Madera, including sandblasting finishes and custom lamps. The bedroom also opens to a private outdoor bathroom.

The pool was a signature design by Joan Roca with a beach entrance and a raised Rancho at the opposite side, an infinity edge between the greens towards the golf view, taking advantage of the slope, with the trough as a water feature and a sandy spot. All outdoor furniture was custom design and also chosen from the collections catalog from Simplemente Madera.
